This Privacy Policy explains how OLVIN AI collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our SaaS platform.
1. Data we collect
We collect account information (email, display name, optional phone), usage metadata (job type, timestamps, credit consumption), uploaded media for processing, and support messages you send us.
2. How we use data
Data is used to operate the service, bill credits, provide support, improve reliability, and send transactional notices. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Storage, security & 7-day deletion
Media is stored in encrypted object storage with presigned access URLs. We apply industry-standard TLS, access controls, and an automated lifecycle policy: all uploaded audio and video files are permanently and autonomously deleted from our systems after 7 days.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, locale preference, and fraud prevention. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control browser cookie settings; disabling essential cookies may limit login functionality.
5. Third-party processors
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, storage) under data-processing agreements. Payment data is handled by Stripe and Lemon Squeezy; OLVIN does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
6. Your rights (GDPR & global privacy)
You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, or deletion of personal data by contacting support. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within applicable legal timeframes.
