Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when credit purchases and processing fees may be refunded on the OLVIN AI platform.
1. Credit purchases
Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no jobs have consumed credits from that purchase. Contact support with your order reference.
2. Failed jobs
If a job fails due to a platform error, credits are automatically restored to your balance. Duplicate charges from webhook retries are idempotent and will not double-deduct.
3. Non-refundable cases
Credits consumed for successfully completed jobs, user-upload errors (unsupported format, corrupted files), or violations of the Terms of Service are generally non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email support via the Contact form with your account email, job ID or order ID, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
