These Terms govern your access to and use of the OLVIN AI platform. By creating an account or uploading media, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
OLVIN AI provides automated audio and video processing, including transcription, subtitle generation, denoise, stem separation, and related features. Features and pricing may change with reasonable notice.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You may not upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attempt to bypass credit limits, or reverse-engineer the service.
3. Credits & payments
Processing consumes prepaid credits unless otherwise stated. Purchases are processed via Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, or other authorized payment partners under their respective terms. Failed jobs may be refunded at our discretion according to the Refund Policy.
4. Data retention & autonomous deletion
All uploaded audio and video files — including inputs and generated outputs — are retained for up to 7 days so you can download results, then permanently and autonomously deleted from our object storage without manual intervention. You are responsible for exporting results before the retention window expires.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. OLVIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of AI-generated outputs.
